After the initial five-year franchise term, Mr. Mayer concluded that he could better address the staffing requirements of his clients as an independent business rather than a franchisee

Opens Burley Office

Twin Falls Office

Mr. Mayer entered into a franchise agreement with a seasoned national staffing company and launched operations in Twin Falls, Idaho. The business expanded in the subsequent years

Leaves Fortune 500 Corporate World

After serving as Vice President for two major companies, Tony was drawn back to Idaho by the potential for growth in the employment industry. Since then, the company has thrived by connecting the right people with the right jobs, playing a vital role in strengthening Idaho’s workforce.
