How much does a house cleaning cost?

What’s the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning?
A standard cleaning keeps a home in good shape: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. A deep cleaning goes further, reaching areas that need occasional attention, such as baseboards, inside appliances, cabinet fronts, and built-up grime. A deep cleaning is often recommended for the first visit.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Most cleanings can be scheduled within a few days. Busy seasons, like holidays and the end of the month for move-outs, fill up faster, so booking early is a good idea.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide a key, door code, or lockbox. You’re also welcome to be home if you prefer.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, our team brings everything needed. If you’d like us to use specific products, for example because of allergies or a preference for eco-friendly cleaners, just let us know.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Please let us know about your pets ahead of time. Some owners prefer to keep pets in a separate room during the visit.
Is there anything you don’t clean?
For safety reasons, our team doesn’t handle things like biohazards, mold remediation, or work that requires climbing tall ladders. If you’re unsure, ask when you request your quote.
